Analytics and Statistics

EnaCast offers an analytics panel that lets you monitor your station’s performance: how many listeners you have, which episodes are most popular, what the peak listening hours are, and much more.

From the administration panel, access the analytics section to see a summary of your station’s activity. The panel includes:

  • Listener charts: audience trends over time
  • Most listened episodes: ranking of episodes with the most plays
  • Peak hours: time slots with the highest listening activity
  • Trends: comparisons between different periods

Streaming statistics show you:

  • Concurrent listeners: how many people are listening to the live broadcast at any given moment
  • Peak listeners: the highest live audience during a given period
  • Peak listening hours: what times of day you have the most live listeners

For on-demand episodes (podcasts), you can view:

  • Total plays: how many times each episode has been played
  • Top episodes: episodes with the most plays, ranked by popularity
  • Plays by program: metrics grouped by program
  • Trends over time: how plays vary across days and weeks

If your station has a website on EnaCast, you can also view:

  • Website visits: number of visitors
  • Most visited pages: which sections of the website generate the most interest
  • Most read news: which news articles have the most reads

You can filter statistics by:

FilterOptions
PeriodToday, last week, last month, custom range
ProgramAll programs or a specific one

You can export statistics to a CSV file for analysis with external tools such as spreadsheets:

  1. Access the analytics section and select the period you’re interested in

  2. Click the export button (usually represented by a download icon)

  3. Download the CSV file containing data for the selected period

The CSV file includes data such as: date, program, episode, plays, and other indicators depending on the section you’re viewing.

Some recommendations for making the most of your statistics:

  • Compare periods: see how your audience evolves week over week or month over month
  • Identify popular content: the most listened episodes tell you what type of content interests your audience most
  • Optimize your schedule: if you detect peak hours, schedule relevant content during those time slots
  • Spot trends: sustained growth indicates a healthy station

Statistics are updated continuously. Live listener data updates every few minutes, while aggregated data (such as totals and rankings) is calculated periodically.
