In EnaCast Studio and on the EnaCast public website you will find various visual indicators that inform you of the status of your content at a glance. Here is what each one means.
In the management panel at studio.enacast.com, the Episodes list (under Content in the sidebar) shows each episode’s status in its columns. Hover over an indicator to read the explanation.
The Trans. (transcription) and AI (title, summary, tags and markers generated by the AI) columns use the same indicators:

| $ (amber) | Not transcribed or analyzed: the plan’s daily transcription limit was reached |
| ⚠ (red) | The transcription or the analysis failed (the tooltip gives the reason) |
| Clock (amber) | The transcription or the analysis is taking longer than usual |
The With issues filter shows only the episodes marked $, ⚠ or clock. On those episodes’ pages, a notice explains what happened; if the transcription failed or is taking too long, you can click Try Again. See Transcriptions and AI Insights.
A trimmed episode shows a ✂ mark under its title in the list, and on its page, in the Audio row:

| Not cut | The episode keeps the full original recording (published after a 30-minute wait) |
| cut / Cut | The audio has been trimmed in the audio editor (published after a 5-minute wait) |
| Cut by AI | The AI trimmed the start and end automatically |
| Edited in the studio | The audio was replaced from the Audio studio |
The Status column shows Visible (green dot) or Hidden. If the recording is not valid, it shows Failed recording (red) instead of Visible; hover over it to see the reason.
Once the analysis is done, the episode’s page shows the result in the AI insights card (Title, Description and Tags) and the markers detected by the AI in the Markers card, labeled AI Generated.
News articles display a coloured badge according to their current status:

| Draft (orange) | The article is saved but not publicly visible |
| Scheduled (blue) | The article will be automatically published at the indicated date |
| Featured (red) | The article is pinned as featured on the homepage |
The Podcasts list (under Content) shows these indicators for each program:

| Hidden | The program does not appear in the website’s lists or search, but its page and its episodes stay reachable by direct link (see Registering a Programme) |

| AI | Automatic transcription and AI analysis are enabled |
The live broadcast status is shown in the System health card (Stream row) of the EnaCast Studio Dashboard and on the public website:

| Offline (red) | No audio is being received at the servers |
When the station is in holiday mode, a special indicator is displayed:

Watch out for holiday mode
When holiday mode is active, programs are not recorded even if they are scheduled. This is one of the most common mistakes: forgetting to disable holiday mode when returning from a period of inactivity. See the common mistakes guide for more information.

When the AI analyses a news article or transcription, it can detect entities and display them with coloured tags:
