Export Data as CSV

From the management panel at studio.enacast.com you can export some lists and charts in CSV format (comma-separated values), which opens in spreadsheets such as Excel, Google Sheets or LibreOffice Calc.

What you can export

Episodes

In the sidebar, under Content, open Episodes and click Export CSV in the top right. The file has these columns:

Column	Description
Title	Episode title
Program	Name of the program it belongs to
Date	Recording date and time
Duration (sec)	Duration of the recorded audio, in seconds
Edited duration (sec)	Duration of the trimmed audio, in seconds, if the episode has been trimmed
Plays	Number of plays
Hidden	Yes or No
Audio URL	Link to the audio file

Custom pages

In the sidebar, under Website, open Custom Pages and click the CSV button (with the download icon). The file has Title, Slug, Reads and URL.

Modular pages

In the sidebar, under Website, open Modular Pages and click the CSV button. The file has Name, Slug, Modules, Status, Is Home, Visits and Masonry Layout.

Banners

In the sidebar, under Media, open Banners:

• Export CSV, top right, downloads every banner in every group of the station with its group, link, status, dates, goal, weight, impressions, clicks and CTR.
• The report card, further down the same page, has its own Export CSV with the impressions and clicks for each day of the chosen period.

Statistics

Several charts in Statistics (under Analytics) have an Export CSV button that downloads the chart’s data for the selected period. See Analytics and Statistics.

Only the page you see

In Episodes, Custom Pages and Modular Pages, the CSV contains only the items on the current page of the list, with filters and sort order applied. If the list has several pages, export each page separately.

How to export

1. Open the list you want to export
2. Optionally, apply filters to narrow down the data you need (in Episodes: tabs, program, dates, search)
3. Click the export button (with the download icon)
4. The file downloads automatically in your browser

Opening the CSV file

The exported file uses UTF-8 encoding and a comma separator. To open it correctly:

• Excel: use Data > Get Data > From Text/CSV and choose UTF-8 encoding
• Google Sheets: upload the file directly — it is detected automatically
• LibreOffice Calc: when opening, choose UTF-8 as the encoding and comma as the separator

Special characters

If you see strange characters instead of accents and special characters when opening the CSV, check that you are importing the file with UTF-8 encoding.

Common uses

• Audience analysis: export episodes with their plays to analyze trends
• Audio inventory: keep the episode list with the link to each audio file
• Advertiser reports: export banner impressions and clicks
• Content audit: check which episodes are hidden or which pages get the most reads
