Export Data as CSV
From the EnaCast admin panel you can export your listing data in CSV (comma-separated values) format, compatible with spreadsheet applications such as Excel, Google Sheets or LibreOffice Calc.
What Data You Can Export
Section titled “What Data You Can Export”You can export listings from the main sections of the panel:
The news CSV file includes the following columns:

| Publication date | Date and time of publication |
| Tags | Tags assigned to the article |
| Author | Article author |
| Reads | Number of recorded reads |
Episodes

How to Export
Section titled “How to Export”- Go to the listing of the section you want to export (news, episodes, programs)
- Optionally, apply filters to narrow down the data you need
- Click the Export CSV button in the listing toolbar
- The file will download automatically in your browser
Opening the CSV File
Section titled “Opening the CSV File”The exported file uses UTF-8 encoding and comma separators. To open it correctly:
- Excel: use Data > Get Data > From CSV File and select UTF-8 encoding
- Google Sheets: upload the file directly — it is detected automatically
- LibreOffice Calc: when opening, select UTF-8 as encoding and comma as separator
Common Uses
Section titled “Common Uses”- Monthly reports: export the month’s news to include in activity reports
- Audience analysis: export episodes with their playback data to analyse trends
- Program inventory: export the full list of programs with their transcription configuration
- Content audit: review the publication status of all news articles or episodes
