Podcast RSS Distribution

EnaCast automatically generates an RSS feed for each podcast programme. This feed is compatible with the main podcasting platforms such as Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Overcast and Pocket Casts.

The RSS feed for each programme is available at:

https://your-radio.enacast.com/podcasts/programme-name/rss/

You can also find subscription buttons directly on the programme page, with links for each platform.

Episodes do not appear in the RSS feed immediately after recording. EnaCast applies a waiting system to ensure content is fully processed before being distributed to podcasting platforms.

Trimmed or Automatically Analysed Episodes

Section titled “Trimmed or Automatically Analysed Episodes”

If the episode has been manually trimmed by the editor (using the EnaCast trimming editor) or has been automatically analysed by AI to detect the programme start:

  • The episode appears in the feed 5 minutes after publication.
  • This short wait is a safety margin to ensure that audio file processing has been completed.

If the episode has not been trimmed or analysed:

  • The episode appears in the feed 30 minutes after publication.
  • This grace period gives the editor time to access the administration panel and trim the start and/or end of the episode before it is distributed.

Tip: If you want your episodes to appear in the RSS as quickly as possible, trim them from the administration panel immediately after recording. They will then be published in just 5 minutes instead of 30.

Episodes that are being transcribed or are pending AI analysis (description generation, tags, etc.) do not appear in the RSS feed until processing is complete.
