EnaCast allows you to integrate web analytics tools to measure visits and usage of your website:

EnaCast includes a built-in analytics system that automatically tracks website visits, episode plays and live stream listens. You can view these statistics from the admin panel without any additional configuration.

If you want to use Google Analytics, enter your tracking ID (format UA-XXXXXXXX-X or G-XXXXXXXXXX) in the corresponding field. The tracking code will be automatically inserted on all pages of your website.

  • Website URL: if your station has a main website separate from EnaCast, you can enter it here so it appears as a link
  • Custom domain: configure your own domain so your EnaCast website is served from your domain (see the custom domains guide)

You can configure who receives notifications when there are streaming issues:

  • Notify EnaCast administrators: the EnaCast team will receive alerts about streaming errors
  • Notify station contacts: your station contacts will receive alerts about streaming errors
  • Fill in all fields for basic information: this improves how your station is presented on the web and in podcast directories
  • Use high-resolution logos: even though they are displayed at small sizes, having good source resolution improves quality across all platforms
  • Keep social media links up to date: if you change profiles or social networks, update the URLs so listeners can find you
