AI-Generated News

EnaCast can generate complete news articles from your podcast episode transcriptions. The artificial intelligence analyzes the episode content and writes a journalistic article ready to publish.

Note

This feature is available for stations with the Pro plan and requires the episode to have a generated transcription.

How It Works

1. Select an episode that has a transcription. From the episode page, you’ll find the option to generate a news article.

2. Choose the angle for the article. The AI will propose several headlines with different approaches:

   • Informative: focused on the data and facts mentioned
   • Human interest: focused on people and their stories
   • Analytical: with analysis and context perspective

3. Select the headline you prefer from the proposed options, or write your own.

4. The AI generates the full article with headline, sub-headline, and body. The article automatically includes an episode player so readers can listen to the original audio.

5. Review and edit the content before publishing. You can modify any part of the generated article.

What the AI Generates

From the episode transcription, the AI generates:

• Headline: multiple options with different journalistic angles
• Sub-headline: a complementary line that expands on the headline
• Article body: text written in journalistic style, with the most relevant information from the episode
• Tags: automatically assigned based on the content, using existing tags from your station
• Embedded player: an audio block embedded in the article that links directly to the episode

Tip

The AI learns from the style of your previous articles. The more articles you publish, the more it will adjust the tone and format to your editorial line.

Result Quality

The quality of the generated article depends directly on the transcription quality:

• Episodes with full transcription produce richer and more detailed articles
• Episodes with partial transcription (15 or 30 minutes) can generate articles, but with information limited to the first few minutes

Always Review Before Publishing

The AI generates a draft that needs human review. Check that data, names, and figures are correct before publishing. The article is created in draft state so you can review it at your leisure.

In addition to news generation, the text editor includes AI tools to help you write:

Quote	Extracts the best quote from the text

These tools work on any selected text within the editor and are available for stations with the Pro plan.
