Bulk Operations

The EnaCast admin panel listings allow you to select multiple items and apply actions to them in bulk. This is especially useful when you need to manage many episodes, news articles or programs at once.

How to Select Items

Individual Selection

Click the checkbox that appears to the left of each row in the listing. You can select as many items as you need.

Select All

Click the header checkbox in the table to select or deselect all items visible on the current page.

Note

The “select all” applies to items on the current page of the listing. If you have multiple pages, navigate to each one to select additional items as needed.

Available Actions

Once one or more items are selected, an action bar will appear with the available operations:

In News Listings

Action	Description
Publish	Changes the status to published
Unpublish	Moves news articles back to draft
Delete	Deletes the selected news articles

In Episode Listings

Action	Description
Delete	Deletes the selected episodes
Archive	Archives the selected episodes

Workflow

1. Navigate to the relevant listing (news, episodes, etc.)
2. Optionally, apply filters to narrow down the items
3. Select items using the checkboxes
4. Choose the action you want to apply from the action bar
5. Confirm the operation when prompted

Bulk actions are permanent

Some bulk actions, such as deletion, cannot be undone. Review the selection carefully before confirming. If in doubt, start with a small group of items to verify the result.

Tips

• Use filters before selecting: they will help you find exactly the items you need to modify
• Review the selection: before applying an action, check how many items you have selected
• Work page by page: if you need to act on many items, process them page by page for greater control
• Combine with CSV export: if you need to review data before acting, export the listing as CSV and review it in a spreadsheet
